Dont Square is a game with only one rule: avoid forming a square with your gaming pieces on the board. But this is not as simple as it sounds and first you have to practice in order to win. It´s a real challenge! :)

By playing this game you can relax while you are developing your logical skills. It is ideal for long lasting travels and very useful, especially if children are traveling with you. Never feel bored again with Dont Square!

There are five different difficulty levels and you can also set a time limit. If you are too slow the iPhone will make a move for you. You can choose to play against your iPhone/iPod or invite someone for a match. It will be fun for sure!

For the courageous ones: increase the level of difficulty by enlarging your board!

Pros and cons of Don't Square app for iPhone and iPad

Don't Square app good for

Uniquely entertaining & most likely to be a popular app. A new favorite for me, simply because Ive played ten games and somehow Ive not been able to win a game yet. It seems easy but like me youll be startled...
This is a nice game, but one should note that on a board with an even number of squares, the second player can always win (or draw) by placing the pieces symmetrically with respect to the center from the first players pieces. For example if the first players move is in the top left corner, the second player can move in the bottom right corner and so on. By symmetry, the second player will never complete a square before the first player. On a 5x5 (or 7x7 etc.) board, the center of the board is a square which changes things a bit, but one can still use symmetry to their advantage. The program also does not seem to handle well the event when the game ends in a draw.
....and not as easy as it looks, regardless of what other reviewers tell you about the "ease" of winning.

Some bad moments
